"As a fellow Certified World Class Speaking Coach I sought Kwesi's expertise when crafting/delivering my recent competition speech. Kwesi was able to review my speech script and delivery and provide some solid suggestions for improvement. I took on board all his suggestions and as a result managed to hone my message further. I would recommend Kwesi for any speaker who wants to take their speaking to the next level, whether its for a keynote or a competition Kwesi is a true professional and a pleasure to have as a mentor. I quickly chatted with you last Thursday after Toastmasters at Loblaw, about a short presentation I was going to do this week. It is a “sales huddle” where we take 10 mins to discuss sales and any other important things going on with the business. I spoke about key value items and their sales volumes and made it interactive for the audience.
I wanted to say the speech you gave last week about public speaking tips were tremendously helpful. In particular, speaking slowly helped me a great deal. I found talking slower made it easier for me to make eye contact as well; I could focus on my thoughts and it made it easier to deliver my message. My knee was shaking the whole time, but a lot of people said they couldn’t even tell I was nervous!
Got lots of good jobs! Our company has a new culture initiative where people hand out thank you cards. I got one saying “best huddle in months! Thanks for thinking outside the box”.

My mentorship with Kwesi has been a very important milestone in my life. During the mentorship, he really helped me to identify myself as a speaker, bring out the exact point I would try to relay. He helped me learn how to bring my stories to life, taught me to have confidence in myself and what I have to say matters. Not only did he help me with all of that but he just brought me out of my shell to express myself with more ease, teaching me how to be more organized and clearly define my speech. How asking myself important questions to really identify the important messages I wanted to share.
I have gone from a very nervous, frightened person who was afraid to speak up even though I wanted to share my important ideas with others, I could never bring myself to stand up. To now, standing up in front of a room full of people and clearly expressing my message with confidence. He really has helped to overcome my childhood fear of Public Speaking.
To top that all off, he helped me to learn how to write speeches, in the process taught me to be a more effective writer which writing is also something that I have always been passionate about. He always asked tough questions and in doing so I began to look at the way I write with a different perspective.
It has been a great priviledge to work with Kwesi. So far, He has helped me to improve and open up not only as a speaker but also as a writer. He showed me how to get over my public speaking fear. I have really developed as a speaker and writer which has been a great experience to finally get to gain these skills that I thought was impossible. He has helped bring an energy and understanding to my speeches that I could not identify but with his knowledge and experience, he was able to connect the dots and bring more life to my message.
Words that define Kwesi to me as a mentor and speaking coach are so many and beyond. Here a few to describe him: passionte, inspirational, outstanding, distinguished, superior and exemplary. Thank you for being a master at what you do!
Thank you, Kwesi and can't wait for the next steps. You are a great inspiration to me!!!!
"Not everyone is blessed with the gift to teach, Kwesi is one of those people that is! He has been an amazing mentor throughout my time at Toastmaster Point of Tale and I only wish I had more hours in the day to learn from him. I can remember being absolutely stuck on what to write in my first speech and in the matter of a 10 minute conversation through Kwesi asking the right questions I had come up with the meat of my speech. And he was there every step of the way encouraging me and cheering me on. He made the process fun, informative and was always available for guidance.
What makes Kwesi all the more amazing to work with is the breadth of knowledge he has in speech coaching and his passion to pass on that knowledge and continue to learn. Kwesi is an amazing person with a heart of gold and someone I would fully endorse. If you are looking for a positive learning environment to stretch your speaking skills or you are just a beginner you have found the right person. All you have to do is listen to one of his speeches and you will know you have made the right decision!'

“Kwesi assisted in my advancement through the 2014 speech contest by helping me find opportunities where I could make a stronger impact on my audience by making relatively simple changes to speech wording and structure. He was one of the key input contributors that helped get me through to my final result!”
